Delivery

Free delivery on all orders.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 48. You will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. Order by 2pm for same-day dispatch.

After your payment is verified, if your order is placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch your order the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any order returned within 30 days of purchase. It is essential that products are returned in their original state, original packaging and unused.

Please return your item/s to our warehouse at the below address and please ensure you include your Nice 'N CLEAN order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
